Pricing questions

How is Onsite priced?

Onsite pricing is based on the size of your building, measured by the number of lots or units. A minimum subscription applies so we can provide every customer with a high-quality onboarding and support experience.

What is included in Premium?

Premium includes unlimited users and the complete residential platform for residents, communication, maintenance, work orders, assets, contractors, compliance, inspections, reporting and Onsite AI.

Do you offer portfolio or commercial-facility pricing?

Yes. Customers managing commercial property, facilities or a strata portfolio can contact Onsite for tailored volume pricing and extended functionality.

Is Onsite billed monthly or annually?

We charge annually for individual buildings to keep billing simple. Monthly billing is available to portfolio customers managing many sites.

What if I am still under contract with another provider?

Many Onsite customers have switched from another provider, so our team is experienced in planning migrations, moving data, training teams and supporting successful rollouts. You may not need to wait for your current contract to end: share a copy of your existing agreement with us and, if eligible, we can provide Onsite at no charge until that contract expires, for up to three months.

Are there any additional costs?

Premium includes the complete Onsite platform. Optional services are available for customers who need a custom email domain, custom phone line, data import, advanced setup or additional SMS credits. These add-ons and their prices are listed on this page.

What is the 90-day satisfaction guarantee?

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee in place of an extended free trial. Successfully introducing any new system requires a level of commitment, and we have found this approach gives buildings the best chance of a successful rollout. If Onsite does not work for you or you are unhappy with the experience, we will work with you to make it right.
